And I like to be part of helping a new business grow. I bet when you think about it, you do too.
Specific to Sonesta St. Maarten, global hospitality technology provider Monscierge has developed a custom integration that provides check-in functionality for guests, as well as verifying requests made by guests using the resort’s mobile app throughout their stay. The Sonesta St. Maarten’s partnership with Monscierge comes with a full range of Monscierge Connect products, including Mobile, CMS, Lobby and Staff. This technology suite provides local and resort information to guests’ mobile devices and lobby touchscreens, as well as seamless mobile communication between staff members and guests, and tracking and reporting analytics.
Hospitality technology company Monscierge announced today the award of a patent for the communication process of receiving and servicing hospitality guests requests through the use of mobile technology. This is the company’s second U.S. Patent for mobile services provided to hospitality customers, the first having been awarded for providing local merchant recommendations to hospitality guests.

Hospitality software company Monscierge in Oklahoma City has opened the door to two-way communications for the Hyatt Regency Bellevue hotel in the Seattle area through its new Connect CMS system, officials said.
Monscierge has received $1 million from i2E’s GrowOK Fund. The funding was part of a $2.05 million round that included the participation of various unnamed Oklahoma angel investors and Affinity Angel Investment Fund I.
